Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with coordinating employee engagement/appreciation activities and gifts
• Assist with ordering supplies and coordinating All Staff meetings
• Performs general office duties such ordering and maintaining office supplies, opening and distributing mail.
• Assist with document control and electronic filing
• Assist CHRO with assigned tasks
• Account for receipts and submit credit card expense report
• Create offer letters
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• 1 year of similar office experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
• Interest in working in Human Resources and/or Recruiting
• Computer skills including proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with Canva a plus.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to handle sensitive, confidential information at all times.
